Centerplate will take over the management of concessions operations at Notre Dame Stadium and six other campus venues, reports the South Bend Tribune. The concessions had been self-operated for more than 30 years, but the university announced last fall that it was soliciting bids from outside companies to take over management of the operations.

Notre Dame's two primary concessions venues are its football stadium, where 50 permanent stands on three levels currently offer over 400 points of sale, and Purcell Pavilion, the new main basketball arena, which boasts seven permanent stands and 40 points of sale. Centerplate already operates concessions at two dozen U.S. colleges and universities, along with several hundred other sites.
