Centerplate Adds Veteran Exec as EVP

Centerplate has added George Wooten as executive vice president of operations. His accomplishments include serving as group vice president for Safeway, CEO for the Safeway Restaurant Group, senior vice president at Quiznos and senior vice president and COO of SYBRA, Arby's second largest franchisee. As executive vice president, Wooten will be responsible for leading and directing all of Centerplate's operational systems and processes.
