Levy Restaurants has leveraged the talents of celebrity chefs like Tony Mantuano, Masaharu Morimoto and David Burke to bolster its operations at the U.S. Open tennis tournament at Arthur Ashe Stadium in Forest Hills, NY, reports tennis.com. Levy operates five full-service restaurants on the tournament grounds along with a diverse food court and a wine bar.

Mantuano oversees Wine Bar Food, a concept with locations on the plaza as well as in the club level of the stadium; Iron Chef Morimoto contributes U.S. Open-only sushi rolls; and Burke has brought a chophouse sensibility to Champions Bar & Grill with dishes such as a Dry-Aged Bone-In Rib Eye Steak with vegetable-stuffed potato and his Cheesecake Lollipop Tree with bubble gum whipped cream for dipping.

The heart of dining at the U.S. Open is the centrally located Food Village, where a variety of concessions offer a series of international classics such as crepes, made-to-order burritos and tacos, and Indian food.
