Since the start of the 2020-2021 academic year, the Sodexo-operated dining program Marist College in New York has been offering a meal delivery program across campus that is free to students and makes hundreds of deliveries each day out of multiple campus dining outlets. In this FM On Demand video interview, Kate Cole, a field marketing specialist for the campus dining program, spoke to FM Executive Features Editor Mike Buzalka about the delivery program, including how it works, what and when it is offered and what other campus dining programs looking to institute a similar service need to consider before launching one.
