Aramark Features "Cooking Light" Recipes in its B&I Locations
Program is part of partnership with healthy dining publication.

Aramark Business Dining is showcasing recipes from Cooking Light magazine in the dining locations where it operates to educate and encourage customers to adopt healthier eating practices. The exclusive promotion, an extension of Aramark Business Dining's multi-year partnership with the magazine, began with the New Year and was to extend throughout the month of January.
The dishes being highlighted, such as Chicken Saltimbocca, Beef Tangine and Baked Shrimp Scampi, are also featured in the January/February issue of Cooking Light, where customers can learn more about the fresh ingredients — seasonal produce, fresh herbs and olive oils — used to create flavor-rich and healthy meals. In addition, Aramark chefs are offering cooking tips to help customers create the dishes outside of the office.
