As opening day for Major League Baseball approaches, Aramark has announced an expanded partnership with three-time James Beard Award winner Andrew Zimmern, bringing four new signature items to baseball fans this season.

Aramark—which provides food and beverage services at 10 MLB stadiums—will roll out chef Zimmern’s items exclusively at Citizens Bank Park, PNC Park, Minute Maid Park, Coors Field, Kauffman Stadium and Fenway Park. The new dishes include a lamb koefte burrito, a Korean fried pork belly sandwich, a hot dog with roasted vegetable mayo and a sausage with housemade mustard.

“Every year we try to introduce something new that will enhance the game day experience, and I’m confident fans will be pleased with these new options from Andrew Zimmern, as well as the other items our teams are rolling out,” Carl Mittleman, president of Aramark’s sports and entertainment division, said in a statement.
