The Honda Center in Anaheim, CA, has decided to bring management of its foodservice's in-house after 20 years with Aramark, reports the Orange County Business Journal. That contract expires in July, at which point the 18,000-seat city-owned venue, home of the NHL's Anaheim Mighty Ducks, will join Detroit's Joe Louis Arena, New York's Madison Square Garden and Raleigh's PNC Arena as NHL arenas self-operating their foodservices. Among the new amenities planned for opening this fall will be a 15,000-sq.ft. suite-level restaurant.
