Food Management’s Top 50 Contract Management Companies package lists the 50 largest firms by 2019 revenue that operate outsourced dining, catering and other food-related services for clients in fields ranging from schools, colleges, hospitals and senior living facilities to business and industry, sports and entertainment, corrections and parks/recreation. Each company is ranked by top-line North American revenues for fiscal or calendar year 2019, in millions of dollars. All figures are self-reported, unless noted with an (e), which connotes an FM estimate. Estimated numbers are derived from research and analysis, including published reports and previously submitted company data, when available.

Below are links to a gallery of the 50 companies in order with basic financial and operational data as well as a brief review of recent activities, a data table where all 50 are listed with revenue and contract totals, notes on our methodology and two special galleries, one listing the six companies that saw the greatest percentage growth in 2019 and the other listing six companies to watch.
