Ingredients

1 cup orange juice
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1/3 cup tofu, cut into 2-inch cubes
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Steps

  1. In blender, place orange juice, mango and tofu. Blend on low until ingredients are mixed. Increase to higher speed until smooth.

  2. Pour into glasses and add walnuts.
