This guacamole brings the sweet--with mango and pineapple--and the heat, with Frank's Mango Habanero Wings Sauce.
Ingredients
8 each avocados, ripe, diced, mashed
1 cup red onions, chopped
1 cup roma tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup lime juice
1 1/2 cup Frank's Mango Habanero Wings Sauce
1 cup pineapple, grilled, diced
For garnish: 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 lime, cut into 4 wedges
Steps
Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocados.
In a bowl, combine mashed avocadoes, tomatoes, red onions, lime juice and cilantro. Fold in pineapple chunks and Frank's RedHot® Mango Habanero Sauce until well incorporated. Cover with plastic wrap touching the guacamole to prevent oxidization.
For service: For each serving place guacamole in 8oz bowls and finish with a garnish of 1 tablespoon (15 ml) cilantro and a lime wedge per serving.
