A North Dallas seniors community planned near NorthPark Center mall has been redesigned with a new look and additional features.
Buckner Senior Living plans to construct its 2-building Ventana project at the southwest corner of North Central Expressway and Northwest Highway.
And Buckner Senior Living has opened a marketing center for the development in the One Lincoln Park building next door to the construction site.
The two, 12-story towers will include apartment homes, a health center with assisted living facilities and skilled nursing.
Ventana is planned with outdoor dining areas, a rooftop garden and 12th-story lounge for residents.
