The Bayview Senior Living Community high-rise in Seattle underwent a major overhaul a few years ago that added a number of high-end amenities such as a heated indoor pool, new gym equipment in an updated wellness center and a new memory care unit. Accommodating different levels of senior care, from independent living apartments to assisted living and skilled nursing, Bayview presents a prominent example of cutting-edge senior community design.

The venue’s three retail dining outlets—two of them brand new and the third substantially renovated—offer different levels of foodservice, from a casual bistro to more a more formal dining room, all in thoroughly modern spaces with healthful menus that are designed to compete with the many restaurant options available nearby in Seattle’s bustling Queen Anne neighborhood.
