A wrap is a kid-friendly vehicle for trying out new ingredients and flavors, and custom-building the combinations. Chef Susser pairs chicken with sweet mango, crisp lettuce and tart yogurt, but customers can choose another protein to personalize their wrap.

Ingredients

7 ripe mangos, peeled and pitted, divided
6 cups Greek yogurt
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
Pinch cayenne pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
3 3/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
6 cups shredded romaine lettuce
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
24 flour tortillas (10-inch size)

Steps

  1. In blender container, combine flesh from 1 mango with yogurt, cumin and cayenne; blend until mango is pureed and sauce is well mixed. Refrigerate until ready to use.

  2. For dressing, in large bowl, whisk oil, lime juice, garlic powder and salt until well blended. Combine chicken and lettuce in large bowl; pour dressing over and toss to mix.

  3. Dice remaining 6 mangos. Fold diced mango and cilantro into chicken mixture.

  4. For each wrap, place 1 tortilla on work surface. Spread 1 tbsp. yogurt-mango sauce over tortilla; scoop ½ to ¾ cup chicken mixture in center. Fold up both sides of tortilla and roll up to enclose filling. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Serve remaining sauce on the side.
