The Urban School Food Alliance is celebrating its fifth annual Fresh Attitude Week.

This week, districts that are a part of the alliance (New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Miami-Dade, Orange County in Orlando, Broward County in Fort Lauderdale, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Boston) will be hosting a variety of activities to encourage students to eat fruits and vegetables, such as visits from farmers and live cooking demonstrations.

During its Fresh Attitude Week last year, The Alliance served 12.3 million servings of fresh fruits and vegetables.
