U-MD to Replace Paper Menus With Flatscreens in DCs

University of Maryland Dining Services plans to install at least 13 flat screen displays in its dining halls at a cost of around $12,000 each, reports the Diamondback student paper. The screens, which are designed to replace the nearly 200 menus printed each day, will display daily menu options as well as nutritional information.
