SoFi Stadium, home of the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers and site of the 2022 Super Bowl, will now offer wines exclusively from California. Foodservice provider Legends curated the selection, focusing on wines from Santa Barbara County.

“Santa Barbara County is a diverse and dynamic wine region that goes head-to-head in quality and artisanal craftsmanship with any wine region in the world,” says Ryan Tawwater, VP of special projects for Legends. “While 65 percent of the wines we selected are from Santa Barbara County, the wine list we curated features more than 21 different grape varieties.”

The stadium is located just south of Santa Barbara County, and the selection builds on the appeal of local sourcing for both consumers and operators. The list is organized by the distance of the vineyard to SoFi Stadium and showcases the breadth of wines from the region.

To round out the selection, there are some well-known wines from Paso Robles and Northern California, as well as several international bottles and sakes.

While the curated list is limited to guests in SoFi Stadium’s clubs and suites, several wines from coastal vineyards and sparkling wine from Northern California are available in all concession areas.

“The program Legends created will introduce a large audience to groundbreaking wines from Santa Barbara County,” says Jason Gannon, managing director of the stadium. “We look forward to our guests sampling the unique flavors local to Southern California.”
