Thomas Mizuno-Moore is senior beverage manager at Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, overseeing restaurants Aba, Antico Posto, Beatrix, Ema and L. Woods.

Each concept has a unique beverage program that complements its cuisine and vibe with a wide selection of culinary-inspired drinks—both with and without alcohol. Mizuno-Moore and his team invest the same R&D into zero-alcohol cocktails as they do with traditional drinks, providing guests with the same celebratory experience whether they choose to indulge or abstain.
