Fazoli’s has the hallmarks of a quick-service restaurant, including drive-thrus, yet its menu of cooked-to-order Italian food and focus on service project a full-service image. CEO Carl Howard classifies his chain as a premium QSR, and that positioning has played out well these last couple of months.
