The Dallas Cowboys’ annual Thanksgiving Day football game Thursday will feature two new holiday-themed menu items. They were created by foodservice provider Legends Hospitality at AT&T Stadium, the team’s home in Arlington, Texas.

The Thanksgiving Roll is a combo of herb stuffing, green beans, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, and pecan-and-hickory house-smoked turkey wrapped and fried in an egg roll skin. It’s served with turkey gravy for dipping.

The Thanksgiving Roll is filled with turkey and the trimmings in an egg roll wrapper.

The Thanksgiving Sandwich layers the Cowboys’ signature mac ‘n cheese, cranberry sauce, the same house-smoked turkey, herb stuffing, green beans and turkey gravy on a large brioche bun.

“It is beyond exciting to develop something new with these beloved flavors for fans in The Thanksgiving Roll and The Thanksgiving Sandwich this 2023 Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Game Day, a legendary tradition,” Heather Fuller, concessions chef for Legends Hospitality at AT&T Stadium, said in a statement. “We love bringing the fun and joy of Thanksgiving to the table for fans to enjoy as they celebrate with us on this beautiful holiday, with the always-exciting action and experience of game day and sports.”

The stadium is also bringing back two Thanksgiving Day favorites that debuted in 2019: The Thanksgiving Bowl and the Thanksgiving Hand Pie. The bowl includes the smoked turkey breast piled with herb stuffing, mac ‘n cheese, sweet potatoes and green beans, drizzled with turkey gravy, served with fresh cranberry sauce and a brioche roll on the side. The hand pie encloses the stuffing, fresh cranberry sauce, green beans, sweet potatoes, smoked turkey and gravy in a baked flaky pie crust.

Fans in the suites can also dig into traditional roast turkey and gravy, pumpkin pie, a Fall Harvest Salad, Praline Sweet Potatoes, Orange Bourbon Glazed Ham and Caramel Apple Pie.

“Our team has such joy in preparing these special holiday meals for thousands of fans across the Stadium each year ... ,” said Marcelo Vasquez, executive chef of Legends Hospitality at AT&T Stadium, in a statement. “Combining the awe of the play on the field and a holiday celebration with family and friends is extraordinary. Making it so special for fans is an honor we cherish.”
