This sweet and savory flatbread features two different types of cheese, a balsamic glaze and prosciutto.
2 oz. ham prosciutto
2 oz. fresh brown figs
1 oz. fontina cheese
1 oz. montrachet goat cheese
1 tbsp. fresh basil
1 tsp. balsamic glaze
1 4.4-oz. naan tandoori bread
Slice prosciutto very thin.
Slice figs and grate fontina cheese.
Assemble naan by brushing with olive oil, adding prosciutto, figs and cheeses.
Cook in Turbo Chef oven on flatbread setting. Garnish with fresh chiffonade basil and drizzle balsamic glaze.
