YIELD: 4 servings

For balsamic birch dressing:
For dressing: 
½ lb. smoked Alaska salmon 
1 cup wild Alaska blueberries
1 cup wild Alaska raspberries
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup candied pecans (any recipe or store bought)
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 lb. mixed greens

½ cup balsamic vinegar
1 small onion
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsps. birch syrup
1 Tbsp. honey
2 cloves of garlic
½ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
2/3 cup olive oil

1. For dressing: Combine all dressing ingredients together in blender.
2. To make salad: Toss all remaining ingredients together and top with preferred amount of dressing.
