Recognizing the human instinct to look first, then leap (or eat), Eurest’s culinary and catering teams approached the busy corporate party season with an eye towards the visual.

“We know that everyone eats with their eyes, so we prioritize visual appeal when concepting our menus,” said Eurest National Director of Catering Erin Lamberti. “These menus are designed to enhance the overall catering experience and excite our guests.”

And nothing says “holiday abundance” like a good board.

Once limited to just charcuterie, boards have planked down a space for themselves on the hot trends table, and Eurest has developed a seafood board, a caramel apple board and more. Check out these boards and a few other major catering trends that Eurest’s guests will be feasting on, first with their eyes.
