YIELD: 1 (2 slider) portion

1 beef patty, cooked
2 rolls, sliced, dinner/slider
¼ oz. iceberg lettuce, shredded
½ oz. fresh tomatoes, diced
1 oz. red onion, diced

.02 oz. taco seasoning
1 oz. prepared avocado cream sauce

1. For the burgers: from frozen sleeve, prior to placing bag in oven, poke several small holes in top of bag. Place entire sleeve of patties on lined sheet pans. Bake in a convection oven at 375°F, 20 to 30 minutes. Let stand for 3-5 minutes before removing patties. OR Individual preparation from thawed: place patty on a lined sheet pan, bake in a convection oven at 350°F for 6 to 7 minutes.

2. Portion avocado cream sauce in 1 oz. cups and keep refrigerated. Portion lettuce, tomatoes and onions in a 2 oz. cup and keep refrigerated.

3. To assemble: sprinkle taco mix over hamburger patties. Cut each hamburger patty in half, place one half patty on each slider.

4. Offer 2 sliders in #200 boat with avocado cream sauce in 1 oz. cups as condiment. Have ketchup, mustard and mayo packets available for pick up.
