Ingredients:

1 Morningstar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Burger

1 oz. cucumbers, julienne-cut

1/2 oz. carrots, julienne-cut

1 tsp. fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tsp. rice wine vinegar

1 tsp. ginger root, chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 oz. fresh romaine, shredded

1 slice tomato

1 sourdough bun, split

1/2 oz. teriyaki sauce

Preparation:

1. Cook Morningstar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Burger patty according to directions.

2. Place cucumbers, carrots, cilantro, rice wine vinegar and ginger in bowl and season with salt and pepper.

3. Add cucumber mixture on top of patty.

4. Place lettuce and tomato on bottom bun, then place patty on top and serve with teriyaki sauce and top bun.
