Ingredients

6 oz. Forbidden Rice
1/2 Persian cucumber, shredded
1/4 cup shredded napa cabbage
2 tsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. chopped mint
1 tbsp. julienned Thai basil
4 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tsp. sesame seed oil
1 dash kosher salt
1 dash white pepper

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl. If not serving immediately, put in covered container and place in cold storage unit.
