Cowboy Chili Cheese Pizza

YIELD: 1 pie (8 pieces)

8 oz. ground beef
4 oz. onion, small dice
4 oz. bell peppers, small dice
1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
8 oz. tomatoes, crushed
1 Tbsp. chili powder
pinch cumin, ground
pepper, as needed
2 Tbsps. prepared garlic pepper sauce
8 oz. kidney beans
30 oz. pizza dough, prepared
4 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded

1. Cook ground beef.

2. Add onions, peppers and garlic; sauté until translucent.

3. Add crushed tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, pepper, garlic pepper sauce and kidney beans. Cook for 5 minutes. Season to taste.

4. Place chili mixture on pizza dough.

Sprinkle cheeses over top and bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
