YIELD: 1 SERVING
1 multi-grain sandwich roll
4 oz. pulled pork BBQ with traditional sauce
2 oz. Granny Smith apples, sliced
1 oz. Brie cheese
1 oz. caramelized onions
1. Bake sandwich roll, following directions on case.
2. Heat pork, following directions on case.
Slice sandwich roll in half.
3. Layer pork, sliced apples, Brie and onions on bottom half of roll, then place top of roll on sandwich. Secure with sandwich picks, cut in half and serve warm.
