CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: I have been employed in school-based nutrition programs since 1978. My first two years were spent working for a foodservice management company; I have been Director of Food Service for District 211 since 1980.
EDUCATION: B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin/Stout
MOST CHALLENGING ASPECT OF MY JOB: Providing top quality food and service to students and staff while meeting the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and creating positive financials for our operation.
