The National Association of College and University Food Services has announced the winners of its annual Loyal E. Horton awards.

Consisting of six major categories—each with separate awards for small, medium and large institutions—the awards laud the most successful ideas in menus, presentations, special event planning and new dining concepts among college foodservice operations.

The winning entries will be on display at the association’s annual national conference, held in July in Anaheim, Calif. That is also where NACUFS will announce the top-scoring entry from each of the sub-categories as a grand-prize winner.
