The Wyoming (NY) Central School will begin getting its cafeteria meals in hot bulk form from the nearby Wyoming County Community Hospital kitchens managed by Morrison Dining Services on a trial basis, reports the Daily News. The arrangement, which will begin in early February, replaces a meal prep deal with another local school, Alexander Central School, which was generating losses—reportedly as much as $11,000 if the deal had extended through the end of the current school year—for the latter due to declining enrollment number at Wyoming Central.
