Washington University of St. Louis Dining Services and its dining services provider Bon Appetit Mgt. Co. have taken over operation of the Law Cafe in the university's law school, reports the Student Life campus paper. The cafe, formerly managed by Aramark under a separate contract, now accepts meal points from the general student dining plans, making it more attractive to undergraduates. Bon Appetit has also revamped the menu, with new pizza, made-to-order salad and carvery stations, the latter being the second location on campus to offer carvery wraps.
