Hillsborough County (FL) Public Schools will roll out salad bars in every one of its high schools at the start of this school year, reports Tampa Bay Online. Unlike traditional salad bars, however, the salads will be made by cafeteria workers after students select which ingredients they want. They can choose up to five items for the $2.75 cost of a normal lunch, with additional toppings going for 50 cents apiece.
