2015 Best Concepts: When Hilton Head (S.C.) High School went to a single 50-minute lunch/independent learning period for its 1,300-student enrollment, changes had to be made to facilitate meal delivery. The solution: a series of three kiosk carts placed around the building and a new c-store now supplement the cafeteria and offer not only convenience and quick service but also more variety.
