Sodexo has promoted Molly Matthews to CEO of its U.S. Healthcare and Seniors divisions, she replaces Stuart Winters. She brings 25 years of experience working in the healthcare industry.

Matthews joined Sodexo in 2022 as chief operating officer for the healthcare division.  In that role, she helped drive profitability and employee return. She also achieved the company’s highest growth rate. Prior to joining Sodexo, she held the role of senior vice president and general manager, responsible for managing sales, at Vizient, an operational improvement company in the healthcare space.

Matthews also serves on the Auburn University College of Industrial and Systems Engineering alumni advisory board. She also served as a fellow of the American College of Healthcare executives, for more than a decade.
