CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: I worked at Cornell Dining as an undergraduate and as a catering supervisor after graduation. Later,I worked forAramark for 4 years in a variety of accounts at progressively higher levels of responsibility; and after that, for Service-Master for 8 years as anAssociate Director and Director of Food and Nutrition.I've been atValley almost 11 years and have had responsibility for a variety of departments in addition to foodservice.I currently oversee the Department of Food and Nutrition, Valley Java (an espresso cappuccino bar),2 offsite cafes,the Department of Patient Transport,and Reception Services.
EDUCATION: BS Nutrition Biochemistry, Cornell University, MS, Healthcare Administration, Rochester Institute of Technology, Diplomate in the American College of Healthcare Executives
