A paella de marisco prepared by chefs from Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-Elmbrook Memorial bested entries from three other Eastern Wisconsin hospitals in a recent Hospital Food Fight designed to encourage the development of healthful menu items, reports Brookfield Now. The event, designed to benefit the Stillwater Cancer Support Services, pitted Elmbrook Memorial against Aurora Healthcare's Summit Medical Center, ProHealth Care's Waukesha Memorial and ProHealth Care's Oconomowoc Memorial in preparing dishes that meet the American Dietetic Association's nutritional guidelines and cost less than $5.
