April 18—For chef Michael Harding and his staff at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, who serve nearly 300 patient meals a day, it can be tough to deal with his picky customers.

But the chef and his team have made a commitment to serve healthy delicious meals that are designed to put a smile on sick faces. His aim is to create "food memories" for patients Mongell says he wants to create "food memories" for the kids, where they remember Children's Hospital as the place where they had great food.
