UW Plans Full-Service Restaurant, Campus Grocery Store

The University of Washington plans to open a full-service restaurant and a "Whole Foods-style grocery store" next fall, reports Seattle Weekly. The new eatery, to be called Cultivate, will emphasize Pacific Northwestern cuisine, including plenty of seafood. The yet-to-be-named grocery ill include meat and seafood cases as well as an in-store cafe.
