62% are male
38% are female

Education:
100% have a high school diploma
42% have a bachelor’s degree
35% have an associate degree
12% have a culinary degree
12% have a graduate degree

Race/Ethnicity:
85% are Caucasian (non-Hispanic)
7% are Latino or Hispanic
4% are African-American (non-Hispanic)
4% are Asian/Pacific Islanders

Age:
0% are under 30
19% are between 30 and 44
58% are between 45 and 59
23% are 60 or older

Title:
58% are a foodservice director/director of foodservice
19% are a foodservice supervisor/manager
19% are a chef/executive chef
