SHFM recognizes standout executives in B&I foodservice

Rick Postiglione, COO of Compass group USA, was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award at The Society for Hospitality and Foodservice Management’s 36th annual conference.

Postiglione was one of several business-and-industry foodservice executives recognized at the conference, which was held Oct. 28-30 in New Orleans, La.

The other award recipients include:

RMA Hospitality Management’s Diane Gallagher, who was honored with the posthumous President’s Award.

Wendy Powell, regional sales director with Restaurant Associates, received the Spirit Award.

The Richard Ysmael Distinguished Service Award went to Carol Bracken-Tilley, director of strategic solutions with Compass Group.

Sally Minier, head of office administration at Jane Street Capital, received the Community Service Award.
