Randy Sparrow, system director, food & nutrition services and environmental services for Pro Health Care, in Waukesha, Wis., has been voted president-elect of the Association for Healthcare Foodservice (AHF). Sparrow is now in line to succeed Lisette Coston, of Saint Francis Health System, in Tulsa, Okla., who will be installed as president at the 2014 AHF conference in June.

Joanne McMillian, director, food and nutrition at Saint Clare’s Health System, in Denville, N.J., was elected secretary, and Jacqueline Sikoski, director, nutrition services at Bozeman Deaconess Hospital, in Montana, was chosen treasurer-elect.

Candace Johnson, director, nutrition and environmental services at Swedish Health Services, in Seattle, and Cyndi Roberts, foodservices/clinical nutrition manager at St. Joseph Memorial Hospital, in Murphysboro, Ill., were voted to the board of directors.
