Paradies Lagardère acquires Tastes on the Fly
The transaction now makes the airport restaurateur the second largest operator of airport travel retail and food and beverage in North America.
Lagardère Travel Retail, the parent company of airport travel restauranteur and retailer Paradies Lagardère, has acquired airport dining company Tastes on the Fly.
The purchase now makes Paradies Lagardère the second largest operator of airport retail and food and beverage in North America, with annual sales surpassing $1.5 billion.
As part of the acquisition, Paradies Lagardère will expand its footprint to more than 90 airports. Its offerings will now include over 100 brand partners and proprietary concepts, including full service, fast-causal and markets.

Tastes on the Fly operates 25 concepts over five major airports, including San Francisco, Denver, New York’s JFK, Boston and Vancouver.
The integration of the two companies will begin immediately, according to a statement.
