One Lincoln Park—a retirement home in Kettering, Ohio—is undergoing a $400,000 modernization, according to the Dayton Business Journal.

The retirement home’s first-floor dining and common areas will be redesigned to include upgraded dining areas, a new bistro and a walk-up bar converted from an old gift shop.

“We are excited to be able to provide our residents with additional dining options, more opportunities for socialization, and greater convenience as we enhance these areas," Ana Paner-Johnson, the community’s executive director, told the Business Journal.
