David Burke coming to William & Mary

Dining services is hosting the chef for two events, including the grand opening of the Chancello’rs bistro, a new restaurant on campus. William & Mary Dining Services will welcome Chef David Burke to campus Wednesday to take over Chancellor’s Bistro.

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — William & Mary Dining Services will welcome Chef David Burke to campus Wednesday to take over Chancellor’s Bistro.

Dining Services will host two events during Burke’s day at Chancellor’s Bistro, one of which will be a meet and greet and sampling with Burke open to all students during lunch at the Commons Dining Hall, starting at 11 a.m.

The second event will be an invitation-only dinner featuring a special multi-course menu created by Burke. As guests enjoy their skillfully-crafted meal, the proceeds from which will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, they will be able to meet and talk with Burke.
