A taste of what to see and sample inside this year’s ANC exhibit hall

This year’s School Nutrition Association Annual National Conference (ANC) will bring thousands of school nutritional professionals from across the country to Boston. One of the main highlights of the conference is the exhibit hall where attendees will have access to over 300 exhibitors showcasing new products, recipes and more.

Here are some booths not to miss while strolling the hall.

National Peanut Board

An interactive peanut butter wall will welcome attendees when they visit the National Peanut Board booth.

The National Peanut Board team will also be on hand sharing resources about allergy management, nutrition and more. In addition, attendees will also have the chance to sample an overnight oats recipe.

Wild Maine Blueberries

Attendees can stop by the Wild Maine Blueberries booth to sample wild blueberries and meet with farmers and learn more about how they can incorporate wild blueberries into their menus. Two school nutrition chefs will also be on hand to answer questions.

General Mills

The General Mills team will be showcasing a number of individually wrapped items, including its new Cereal-Flavored Individually Wrapped Muffins available in Trix and Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavors.

General Mills’ K-12 chef will also be on hand serving samples of several recipes, including Chocolate Chip Strawberry Parfaits (featuring Yoplait Reduced Sugar ParfaitPro and Whole Grain Chocolate Chip Muffin Tops), blenderless smoothies (featuring Yoplait Reduced Sugar ParfaitPro) and Pillsbury Whole Grain Baked biscuits.  

Kellanova

This year at ANC, Kellanova will be offering a variety of samples featuring its Eggo waffle and MorningStar brands. Attendees will also be able to partake in numerous photo opportunities around the booth.

JTM

Attendees visiting the JTM booth will be able to sample recipes created by finalists in the the food manufacturer’s 2024 Most Craveable recipes contest.

The JTM team will also be showcasing its new PlantBorn Taco Filling & Pasta Sauce and reduced Sodium Cheese Sauces & Mac & Cheese.

Woodles

Ramen company Woodles will be on hand in the exhibit hall to showcase its new ramen noodle cups made with whole grain noodles.
