National Nutrition Month (all month)

This month presents the perfect opportunity to spotlight nutrition at your operation. Last year,  the University of Richmond’s dining team shared nutrition tips all month on twitter.

National Meatball Day (March 9)

Last year, to celebrate this day, Miami University served up meatballs in the dining hall while supplies lasted.

Ramadan (March 11- April 9)

This time is a perfect reminder to ensure your operation has inclusive options. Last year, the University of Nebraska—Lincoln made sure diners knew where to find halal meals.

St. Patrick’s Day (March 17)

In honor of this holiday last year, Carleton University in Canada served up shepherd’s pie, bacon fried cabbage, potato pancakes and corned beef quesadillas.

National Something on a Stick Day (March 28)

This day is the perfect day to get creative with your menu line up. Last year, Xavier University's dining team did just that by serving up an array of food on a stick for lunch.
