National Popcorn Day (Jan. 19)

Dillard University celebrated this day last year with a popcorn bar. The team set up an array of seasonings to pair with the snack and invited diners to stop by during lunch.

National Cheese Day (Jan. 20)

Invite your diners to load up on cheesy staples in honor of this day. Last year, Nicholls State University’s dining team held a special lunch featuring loaded nachos.

National Chocolate Cake Day (Jan. 27)

In honor of this day last year, Carleton University’s dining services held a chocolate cake pop up, inviting diners to enjoy a slice of the decadent dessert.

National Croissant Day (Jan. 30)

This day is the perfect time to highlight any bakeries at your operation. Last year, The University of Texas at Austin did just that by inviting diners to stop by the campus bakery for a croissant.
