Legends names Tom Funk as president of hospitality

Tom Funk brings over 20 years of hospitality experience to the role.

Hospitality, sports and entertainment company, Legends, has named Tom Funk as president of hospitality. He will take on the role come Feb. 1, 2024 and will oversee the company’s hospitality business.

Funk has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He joins the company from Compass Group where he served as executive vice president of Compass One Healthcare. He also spent nearly a decade at Levy where he held the roles of executive vice president and chief operating officer. He started his hospitality career at Delaware North.

Dan Smith, Legends current and longtime president of hospitality will move into a new role as a senior advisor.
