Elior North America makes some leadership changes
The company has announced three promotions and two hires.
Elior North America has announced three leadership shifts, promoting Trish Spellman to president of its healthcare and senior-living arm, Paul Kowalczyk to president of its education business and John Kirk to president of its community meals division.
Spellman most recently served as managing director of Elior’s Cura Hospitality, a position she took on in December 2021. Prior to that, she was Cura’s vice president of operations.
Kowalczyk came to Aladdin, run by Elior, in 1999, serving in several capacities there. He recently focused on the higher-education market, but now also oversees the K-12 by Elior business.
As president of the community meals division, Kirk will lead the TRIO Community Meals, Traditions and LiveWell with Traditions initiatives, all of which provide prepared meals to seniors in some capacity.
Elior North America has also hired Tom Heim as its general counsel and Chris Aquilino as culinary development chef.
