Elior North America has appointed Travis Young as senior president of education and operations.

In his new role, Young will drive strategy and operational excellence for the foodservice provider’s education segment which includes higher education, independent schools and K-12.

Young has spent the past 30 years in the foodservice industry. Prior to joining Elior, he held the role of chief growth officer of the senior living sector at Aramark and has also spent 17 years at Compass Group, where he was involved with leading efforts at higher education, healthcare, K-12, senior living, independent school and corporate dining operations.
